Ok, here's the question. Is it possible to freeze ordinary water at at air temperatures higher than 32 degrees Farenheit? And if it is possible, how? Suppose you took a glass of tap water and set it outside when it's say, 34 degrees. Is there any weather condition besides temperature that could make the water freeze, even just with a skim of ice?
